2. Money-Back Guarantee Conditions

2.1 Eligible Refund Scenarios

Refunds may be considered exclusively under the following circumstances:

A. Early Cancellation Window

  • Full refund available: Cancellation requests made within 1 (one) hour of successful payment
  • Condition: Service must not have been accessed, initiated, or delivered
  • Verification: Platform usage logs will be reviewed to confirm non-utilization

B. Technical and Processing Errors

  • Duplicate/Multiple Payments: Refund of excess amount where multiple charges occurred for a single order due to technical malfunction
  • Payment Gateway Errors: Failed service delivery due to verified payment processing errors
  • Platform Malfunction: Complete inability to access purchased services due to proven technical failures on our end

C. Non-Delivery of Services

  • Service Activation Failure: Payment processed but service/content not activated within 24 hours despite functional platform
  • Report Generation Failure: Failure to generate or deliver purchased digital reports due to system errors

2.2 Non-Refundable Circumstances

No refunds shall be provided for:

Dissatisfaction with predictions, advice, or astrological interpretations; personal disagreement with AI-generated content or recommendations; incorrect, incomplete, or false information provided by the customer; services already accessed, viewed, or partially consumed; change of mind after service delivery or report generation; unused portions of subscription services after activation; promotional, discounted, or offer-based purchases (unless legally mandated); or services consumed beyond the 2-hour cancellation window.

3. Refund Processing Terms

3.1 Refund Methods

  • Primary: Credit to original payment method (card/UPI/net banking)
  • Alternative: Bank transfer for failed reversals (customer bank details required)
  • Timeline: Processing subject to bank/payment gateway timelines (typically 5-10 business days post-initiation)

3.2 Deductions and Adjustments

Approved refunds may be subject to payment gateway processing charges (as applicable), transaction fees incurred by the platform, proportional deduction for any discounts, coupons, or promotional benefits utilized, and currency conversion charges (for international payments). Full refunds will be the original amount minus applicable deductions, partial refunds will be prorated amounts for unused services minus deductions, and gateway charges will be a standard deduction of 5% or actual charges, whichever is lower.

4. Refund Request Procedure

To request a refund, customers must submit their request exclusively via email to admin@vedaview.in. All refund requests must include relevant transaction/order details, payment reference numbers, and a comprehensive explanation of the issue with any supporting documentation. Upon submission, please allow 7-15 business days for our team to review your request, conduct necessary investigations, and provide resolution or further instructions.

Vedaview reserves the right to verify transaction details and payment information, review platform usage logs and service delivery records, request additional documentation or clarification, and conduct technical investigation for claimed platform issues.

5. Dispute Resolution and Grievance Redressal

All refund disputes will be handled through our internal resolution process. Initially, our customer support team will address and attempt to resolve issues within 15 business days of receipt. For complex cases requiring further review, the matter will be escalated to management for resolution within an additional 15 business days. The final decision made by platform management shall be binding, subject to applicable legal rights of customers.

6. Policy Modifications and Updates

This Refund Policy is subject to change at any time without prior notice. Vedaview reserves the right to modify this policy at its sole discretion. The current policy version will always be available on the platform. Previous transactions are governed by the policy in effect at the time of purchase, and users are encouraged to review the policy before each purchase.

7. Acknowledgment and Acceptance

By making a purchase on the Vedaview platform, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Refund Policy in its entirety, agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions, understood the non-refundable nature of astrological services, and accepted the inherent subjectivity of astrological interpretations.
