Access to and use of Vedaview ("Platform") and related services are governed by these terms ("Terms of Use") and any applicable Subscription Agreement executed by the Authorised User.
By accessing or using the Platform and Services, each Authorised User agrees to these Terms of Use. We may amend these Terms periodically. You should review them regularly for modifications. The current version is available on the Platform or by contacting admin@vedaview.com.
The following terms have the following meanings in these Terms of Use:
Acceptable Use Policy means the acceptable use policy governing Platform usage, as amended from time to time, with the current version set out in Appendix 1;
Applicable Law means all laws, statutes, regulations, treaties, ordinances, rules, directives, codes, judgments, decrees, or orders of any government, regulatory or administrative authority, judicial or quasi-judicial body, or any other relevant authority applicable to the Platform, its use, or any obligations under these Terms of Use;
Astrology Services means the AI-powered astrological analysis, predictions, chart interpretations, horoscopes, and related astrological content and recommendations provided through the Platform;
Authorised Users means any individual or customer who has registered for, subscribed to, or otherwise gained legitimate access to the Platform for the purpose of obtaining astrological services, including but not limited to chart analysis, predictions, horoscopes, compatibility assessments, and related astrological consultations, whether through free or paid subscriptions, trial periods, or promotional access;
Birth Data means personal information including but not limited to date, time, and place of birth, and any other personal details provided by users for astrological analysis;
Confidential Information means all information and data, particularly trade and business secrets, commercial and technical information and other data, source codes and other software, regardless of form or medium, whether disclosed in writing or orally, which is either marked as confidential or whose confidential nature arises from the information itself or the circumstances of disclosure;
Services means the AI-powered astrology services, horoscope generation, chart analysis, predictions, and related services provided through the Platform;
User Data means any data, including Birth Data, personal information, queries, preferences, and other content provided to or generated through the Platform by users.
"We/us/our" means Vedaview; "you/your" means the Authorised User.
Access to the Platform is conditional upon payment of applicable fees and compliance with these Terms. Subject to these conditions, Vedaview grants users a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to use the Platform for the purposes specified in the applicable services or Subscription agreement.
Vedaview reserves the right to modify Platform features, functionality, or services at any time without notice.
By using the Platform, you acknowledge and agree that:
Entertainment and Educational Purposes: The Platform provides astrological content for entertainment, educational, and personal reflection purposes only. Astrology Services are based on traditional astrological principles interpreted through AI technology.
Not Professional Advice: Platform Content and Outputs do not constitute professional advice of any kind, including but not limited to medical, financial, legal, psychological, or life counselling advice. We strongly recommend consulting qualified professionals for important life decisions.
AI-Generated Content: All astrological interpretations, predictions, and recommendations are generated by artificial intelligence systems. While based on established astrological principles, AI-generated content may contain errors, inaccuracies, or interpretations that differ from traditional astrological practices.
No Guarantees: We make no warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, reliability, or outcomes of any astrological predictions, compatibility assessments, or future-oriented statements provided through the Platform.
Personal Responsibility: Users are solely responsible for their interpretation and application of any astrological content provided. You acknowledge that astrology is not a science and that astrological interpretations are subjective.
Data Accuracy: You are responsible for providing accurate Birth Data and other information. Inaccurate information may affect the quality of astrological analysis.
Age Requirements: Users must be at least 18 years old to use the Platform. Users under 18 should obtain parental consent before providing personal information.
Prohibited Uses: You agree not to:
Account Security: You must maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials and notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.
Platform Ownership: All Intellectual Property Rights in the Platform, Platform Content, astrological algorithms, and calculation methods belong to Vedaview or our licensors.
User Data: You retain ownership of your User Data. By providing User Data, you grant Vedaview a limited license to use such data solely to provide the Services.
Generated Content: While you may use Output for personal purposes, Vedaview retains rights in the underlying algorithms, methods, and systems used to generate such content.
Data Processing: We process Birth Data and other personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws.
Sensitive Information: Birth Data and astrological profiles may be considered sensitive personal information. We implement appropriate security measures to protect such data.
Data Retention: We retain User Data only as long as necessary to provide Services or as required by law.
Third Parties: We do not sell, rent, or share personal astrological information with third parties for marketing purposes without explicit consent.
Upon successful payment, you gain access to the Platform where you can ask questions to get astrological predictions and insights. Pricing is structured based on different usage tiers, including:
Usage-Based Pricing: Some services are charged on a per-use basis. Current pricing for questions, reports, and other services is available on the Platform at the time of purchase.
Refunds: Refund policies are specified in our Refund Policy.
Disclaimer of Warranties: The Platform and Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
Limitation of Liability: Our total liability under these Terms shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the twelve months preceding the claim.
Excluded Damages: We shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from Platform use.
User Decisions: We are not responsible for any decisions, actions, or consequences resulting from your use of astrological content or Services.
Exceptions: Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or other matters where limitation would be unlawful.
Users may have access to proprietary astrological algorithms, calculation methods, and other confidential information. You agree to maintain such information in strict confidence and not disclose it to third parties.
Platform reserves the right to terminate or suspend user access at their discretion, usually without notice for any breach of terms.
Governing Law: These Terms are governed by Laws of India.
Disputes: Any disputes arising from these Terms or Platform use shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Delhi. Both parties consent to the jurisdiction of these courts.
Amendment: We may modify these Terms by posting updates to the Platform. Continued use constitutes acceptance of modifications.
Severability: If any provision is unenforceable, the remainder of these Terms remains in effect.
Assignment: You may not assign these Terms. We may assign our rights to affiliates or successors.
Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any subscription agreement, constitute the entire agreement between the parties.
